So the New Year is fast approaching and you are thinking of how to kick-start your new year off with your fantastic resolutions right?
Well how about finishing 2015 with a bang. Yes, they say it’s not how you start but how you finish so let’s end 2015 on the high note that we want to kick 2016 off with.
I Challenge each of you to a “Finish the Year Strong December challenge”!
I know it’s the holiday season and all but if you have any individual or family goals, call them out and all December long let’s help each other stick to it!
That’s right everyone we have 31 glorious days to quit smoking, start eating more vegetables, watch less TV, read more, create something, spend more quality time together, exercise more or whatever you choose. But the key is to just to do it! Set a Monthly goal and stick to it. It could be as simple as saying I will do 10 lunges or 20 squats per day when I wake up, cook with less or no processed foods or I will take at least 15 minutes out of each and every day just for me to relax, be thankful or do nothing at all. You have until November 30 to think of your goal and then we begin together on December 1st.
Whatever the goal, set it and achieve it. When the new year comes roaring in you will ALREADY be at your best and ready for what the New Year has in store. So pass the December Strong Challenge idea along for positive energy. Retweet, instagram, pin it and be in it to win it!
