There is beauty all around us, so take the time to lace up your gym shoes and get moving. Wonder awaits just outside your door!!!
Well here we go again. I am lacing up my running shoes for not only P 90 X training but also to train for another half marathon in January. I am determined to get back into shape after my surgery and finish this half marathon with a better time than last year, who knows maybe then I will run another marathon or try a triathlon…Along with starting yoga I am excited to see and feel the upcoming changes this year. Of course I will keep you posted!
